Dear students,
Some changes are done in survey lab exam. Now exam is scheduled on 15-12-16. Previously it was scheduled on 14-12-16. Please ignore previous blog information. All students are eligible to appear in the ete practical exam irrespective of their attendance. Schedule is as follow :

15- Dec- 2016
CEG1 (sec a) - 9:00 - 12:00
CEG2 (sec b)-  1:00 - 4:00

*bring your lab files
* no mobiles are allowed during examination. If caught unfair means will be done

TE Lab. schedule (11 December)

The group-wise schedule of lab exam is given below:

Sec A - Group 1: 9:30 am

             Group 2: 10:30 am

Sec B - Group 1: 11:30 am

             Group 2: 12:30 am

You are informed to be present in TE Lab. on the scheduled time mentioned above for all the groups.

If you fail to be present on time you will not be allowed to give exam. You are not allowed to keep mobile phone with you during exam. Be well prepared.

1. Students are required to be on time that is mentioned on the list or eles they will be not allowed to give the exam.
2. All are required to be present at the given time.
3. They should bring their practical files duly signed for the exam.
4. Come prepared to perform the lab and for the viva.
5. Students are required to carry their own calculators and other  required stationary, etc.

GOA TRIP !!!!!!!!!! URGENT ATTENTION

Dear All,

It has been decided to organise a recreational trip to GOA for 2nd ,3rd & 4th year students during the Holi Vacations as per the details below:

• Departure Date from Delhi : 10 March 2017 ( Late Night Train from Delhi)
• Arrival Date to Delhi :           16 March 2017
•  3 Night Stay in Goa 
• Traveling by Train
• Rooms in a good hotel in Triple sharing Basis
• Approx Budget for the trip is Rs 6500 
• This cost includes Train ticket , hotel stay , Breakfast and dinner in Goa , local sight seeing , boat ferry trip.

INTERESTED STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO FILL THE GOOGLE FORM BELOW AND DEPOSIT A ADVANCE AMOUNT OF RS 2000 TO THE UNDERSIGNED LATEST BY 9TH DECEMBER 2016.

Notice regarding hospitalisation

NOTICE

Department of Civil Engineering

Sharda University

25th Nov, 2016

Students who have attendance between 60-64% and were admitted in hospital and wish to submit hospitalization certificate, they are advised to submit the same in cabin number 6, Room No. 103, Block 3 to Mr Vikram. No application shall be entertained in my cabin.

Any other application shall also be submitted in the same cabin ONLY.

All these applications shall be forwarded to the Dean's office after verifying the facts by the HOD office.

Any application submitted earlier shall also be sent to the Dean's office.

For further information on the status of your application,

contact the Dean office.

Debarred List

Below is the debarred list.

Students having attendance between 60-65% shall ONLY be allowed to appear in the ETE provided they were hospitalised and have a valid hospitalisation certificate where they were admitted. The same shall ONLY be approved by the Dean and no one else.

Students having attendance below 65% but more than or equal to 50% shall be allowed to appear in the practical examination now and then shall be allowed to appear in theory exams during the Summer Term Examination.

Those who have attendance below 50% shall not be allowed to appear in the exam
