Submission of Leave documents/applications: Medical/extracurricular/personal, etc.

If any student wishes to submit a leave application for medical reasons, extra-curricular activities and/or personal emergencies, etc., he/she is required to submit the same along with all the supporting documentation as a single document to the Office Assistant by Thursday, Nov 17, 4 pm.

No leave applications shall be accepted after that date.

Incomplete applications shall be rejected.
