Specific duties and responsibilities:
1.       Influencing prospects to make a sale by answering inbound calls on a rotating basis, responding to email and making outbound calls, Cross Selling, Up-Selling and advising present or prospective customers on inquiries.
2.       Generating repeat sales through strong customer relationships by focusing on customers wants and needs.
3.       Ability to empathize with the customer& prioritizing customer needs.
4.       Ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers. Must represent the company in a positive light at all times; this calls for optimistic people who aren't easily upset and who naturally like working with others.
5.       Documents transactions by completing record logs.
6.       Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
